SECOND AMENDMENT GUN RIGHTS

I SUPPORT IDAHO GUN rights, and I will fight to keep them as is. I think it may be more important now than any other time in our lifetimes we protect these second amendment rights, Idaho has some of the strongest gun rights in the U.S., allowing permit-free open and concealed carry for individuals 18 and older (without specific restrictions) And I stand firmly behind these rights. 

It is a "constitutional carry" state, and concealed weapons are legal in vehicles, state parks, and most public areas. Key laws include "Stand Your Ground" and no state-level registration or assault weapon bans.
