 I am also very passionate about protecting our small businesses communities as well as those wanting to start their own business. That same community I’ve been a part of my entire life. They are the backbone of this economy along with the workers who help keep them running. They reinvest those dollars back into our very own communities and can give rise to an entire region. They  I want to protect them from corporate predators on Wall Street and give them all the resources available to help them thrive and grow. Small businesses create more than half of the new jobs in America today. Protect them at any cost. 

Idaho is a top state for small business growth, driven by a low-cost, pro-business environment and strong support networks

Key industries include construction, manufacturing, and entrepreneurship in agriculture.

Entrepreneurship and Idaho small businesses, comprising 99.2% of state businesses and over 56% of employment, face challenges including navigating federal regulatory burdens, securing growth capital, managing high operational costs, and competing with larger firms

. While Idaho offers a pro-business environment, entrepreneurs struggle with finding customers, managing cash flow, and hiring in a competitive market. This is largely in part due to our "Right to Work" status, which drives today's leaders and top employees into the neighboring states offering competitive wages, and better retirement options coupled with rapid growth. Small businesses often struggle with high payment processing costs, customer acquisition, and competition with larger firms

I want to address these challenges and the legislative issues causing holdbacks and ultimately ease federal burdens for those looking to start their own business and those wanting to stay in business.
